At SurRon Bikes Europe, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and secure delivery of all orders across Europe. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, shipping methods, costs, and delivery times.


1. Shipping Destinations

We ship from our warehouses in Germany and the United Kingdom to all European countries, including (but not limited to):

  • Germany, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Greece, Portugal, Ireland, and more.

If your country is within Europe but not listed above, please contact us to confirm shipping availability.


2. Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with reliable logistics providers (such as DHL, UPS, DPD, GLS, and freight carriers) to ensure safe delivery.

  • Standard Shipping (Small Parts & Accessories): 3–7 business days.

  • Large Items (Bikes & Batteries): 5–12 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote Areas: Delivery may take slightly longer.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Germany & UK: Free or reduced-rate shipping on selected bikes and accessories (displayed at checkout).

  • Rest of Europe: Shipping costs are calculated based on item weight, size, and destination. The final amount will be shown at checkout before payment.

  • Customs Duties & Taxes: For EU orders, no extra import duty is required. For non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland, Norway), additional customs or import fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.


5. Delivery & Receipt of Goods

  • Deliveries must be signed for by the recipient. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address.

  • If delivery is missed, the courier will attempt re-delivery or provide instructions for collection.

  • Upon delivery, please inspect your order for any visible damage. If you notice any issues, notify the courier immediately and contact us within 48 hours with photos.


6. Order Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. You can track your order directly through the courier’s website.


7. Delays & Force Majeure

We always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or logistics disruptions. SurRon Bikes Europe cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control.
